The goal of the new applications is to enhance and update existing documents, letters, and templates by migrating them to the CCM platform. This migration will ensure scalability and flexibility to effectively adapt to evolving business requirements while enabling the generation of real-time communications.

Business Challenge

The customer sought to address production challenges that were negatively impacting their overall production process.

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the architecture of the customer's internal product to effectively address production challenges.
  • Extract necessary inputs directly from SQL databases using Stored Procedures and System DSNs, streamlining the production process.
  • Seamlessly integrate the CCM platform with SMS and Email Service Providers to enhance communication capabilities and improve overall efficiency.

  • Migrated approximately 30 applications to OpenText Exstream, ensuring a smooth transition and enhanced functionality.
  • Incorporated over 100 additional applications for both batch processing and real-time operations, expanding the capabilities of the system.
  • Utilized Live Editors to customize the content, allowing for personalized and tailored communications.
  • Designed promotional and transactional emails using containers, streamlining the creation and delivery process.
  • Integrated the system with archival and Document Management Systems (DMS), facilitating efficient document storage and retrieval.
